If you answered yes to any of these questions then Sunset Bay Resort has the perfect vacation home rental for your family and friends.  We are now offering our “House on The Hill” cabin which sleeps 8 in the base rate (up to 16 with extra person charges).  This house has it all, plus it is newly furnished for your vacation needs.

We are excited to add this large rental opportunity to our resort.  If you want seclusion you can sit out back on the ground level deck and relax, or gather with your family inside the house to socialize.  Or, take part in all the amenities Sunset Bay Resort offers to you!  This house sits on a full 3 acres so there is plenty of room to stretch out.  Did we mention that we are pet friendly?  That’s right, you can also bring your pet (2 max), we provide a doggy door with a fenced in area for your pet to enjoy (pet fees apply). 

Just like all of our cabins, the House on The Hill comes fully furnished.  We provide all the necessary cooking and place setting items for the kitchen, and all linens for the beds.  Ample exterior parking is provided as well as a dock space for your boat and on site launch.

1. Weekly rates are based on 7 nights.  Check in Friday at 5 pm depart Friday by 9 am.
2. Three night minimum stay based on availability Fri-Mon or Tues-Fri.
3. Two night minimum, however a $160 cleaning fee will be added to the charges for rentals of just two nights.
