Want to stay more than a few nights in one of our cabins? Stay 5 nights at the regular nightly rate, and the 6th and 7th nights are FREE throughout the year! Call us for details or to reserve at 218-758-2080.  The offer is good for consecutive night stays only.

Stay in our Campsite and every 7th night is FREE!

Love to camp or RV? We have campsites available to rent on a nightly or weekly basis. Don’t like to stay in a tent? We also have a travel trailer available for rent! Stay with us either nightly or weekly and every 7th night is FREE! Campsites have water and electrical hookups, picnic table, and fire pit. We added 2 new sites in 2019 that also include sewer hook ups! Recently remodeled shower house/restrooms adjacent to campsites.

Based on availability of campsites. 2 night minimum and non-refundable deposit required.  Stay can be broken up into multiple stays!  Meaning you could stay a 2 night weekend early in the season and 5 more nights later in the season to get the 7th night FREE!

Referral Discount

We want our guests to tell their friends and acquaintances about their vacation experiences: the fish that were caught, the beautiful sunsets, and how much fun was had. “Word of Mouth” advertising may cause the people you told about Sunset Bay to subsequently rent a cabin from us. We reward this by offering a Referral Discount of 10% (of the referred guest’s base rental amount up to $100) for each person you refer to Sunset Bay who subsequently rents a cabin from us. Maximum Referral Discount applied in a year will be $300. Just have the person mention you “referred” them to us, and you get the discount! Referral must be a ”New” renter to Sunset Bay and not just an exchange of names on a rental unit.

Second Stay Discount

Want to come back to Sunset Bay two or more times in the upcoming months? Rent from May 1st through August 19, 2023 and receive 20% off a second stay in the cabin of your choice, anytime from August 19, 2023 to May 1, 2024. Reservation must be for the same primary renter or another person who stayed in the cabin during the initial stay who is returning to Sunset Bay to be eligible for the discount. Second Stay discount will be applied to stays of equal or lessor lengths than the original stay. So, if you stayed with us a week in June, and return for 3 nights in September, we will apply the discount to the September nightly rate. If you stayed a week with us in June, and return for a week in September, we will apply the discount to the September weekly rate. Keep in mind that our base rates decrease to their lowest of the year on August 20th, so you are saving an additional 20% off those already reduced rates! Does your whole group want to come back for a second stay? No problem! If you rented multiple cabins for your initial stay, we will provide the 20% discount to the next visit, for a visit of equal or lessor length, equal to the number of cabins you originally rented. This Second Stay discount also applies to Cabins which are open year round for you ice fishermen and snowmobilers. When reserving, mention the Second Stay discount by name.
